Apartment: very spacious, tons of sunlight, 3rd floor walk up on a quiet street, very safe neighborhood. Shared full bathroom. Laundromats within 2-3 blocks. No pets allowed in building.

Located 4-8 min walk to all public transit for an easy, short commute to the city. Nearby stops are:

Neighborhood: amazing convenient location! LIC has shops, cafes, restaurants, and transit to go just about anywhere. Baroness and Burger Garage will satisfy your burger cravings. Lots of gourmet delis around too. The Queensboro Bridge is 2 blocks from our apartment. Queensbridge Park is a 15 min walk to the water and it's got a huge turf and awesome playground. Commuting is super easy, I'm usually at my work gym in the city within 15-20 min door-to-door.
