Hello folks!

I have a nice studio available for immediate lease take over/assignment or if you want to move in and make this your permanent residence, that's fine too. We would have to do everything through the building. It is a very nice Luxury building called Jackson Park, has a great lawn on 1.2ACRES of land on the inside of 3 tall glass buildings.

I can either leave the furniture (minus a few items) (Computer table (stand alone), Sofa, Bed, armoire, book shelf, 2 person seated bar table, most of the kitchen stuff.

Utilities are averaged into the rent month in and month out.

Internet is provided by Natural Wireless. You can either utilize free wifi in the building in common space or purchase a quarterly subscription every 3 months.

The CLUB - $99/month has everything. Check the club on the site.

The building is located right on top of the train station Queens Plaza and very close to the city. Very nice location-

Availability - depends on when I find something to relocate too, so I'm hoping to do that soon and whoever is interested we can stay in touch.

I am preparing to leave the country, so it'll be easier for me to get rid of a lot of stuff. So if you want to purchase most of it, I will give you a good deal)
