Beautiful luxury apartment in LIC that had option to come with bedroom set. We are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill in for a roommate who's moving out. The apt has a master bedroom with bath, and a medium bedroom and smaller bedroom that shares a bath. This rental is for the smaller bedroom (fits queens size bedroom set) The apt has a sizeable livingroom and modern kitchen as well as washer/dryer in unit. A block away from Gantry Park with plenty of basketball courts and football fields as well as a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline.

We've lived in this building for 4 years now and absolutely love it. I've lived in Manhattan for 10 years and I have to say this is the perfect spot to be as you get all the benefits of being in the city (10 mins from Manhattan) and all the benefits of not being in the city (bigger space and lower price). Gantry Park which is one block away also offers a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline as well as basketball courts, soccer fields, running trails and dog parks. Great food choices from Chinese to Peruvian all within a 5 block radius.

Utilities are generally $25 for internet and $50-$70 for electricity, everything else is included.

Current Roommates: 1 male, 1 female young professionals. We are quiet/respectful of each other and keep the apartment very clean but also easy going and friendly so you'll have no issues with us.
