Private bed/ bathroom of luxary apt

Renting private room of 3bd 3 bath of a luxary building in a waterfront building in LIC. This would be for the last 2 weeks in October. The other 2 Roomates in the apt are extremely respectful and clean roommates in their early 30s and I expect the same from the prospective tenant. They both work corporate jobs and don’t have odd hours or party. I am looking for a working professional and clean roommate for the duration of the 2 weeks. Room and apartment are fully furnished. The building has a gym, tennis courts, pool tables, bbqs, volleyball court, etc. Dates and price can be negociable.
