3br app - July Sublet - 1 room Long Island City

Hello !
I am subletting my room in Long Island City from June 29 to August 2nd.

The apartment is ideally located, right next to Court square station with the E, M, 7 and G lines. Just one stop away from Manhattan and 15 minutes away to Central park.

There is the Gantry Plaza State park just 10 minutes by walk with an amazing view of the city ! There is everything you need, supermarkets, stores, laundry, café.. really close by.

The room is small but confortable, there is a window with an AC unit, a good quality queen size bunk bed, a clothing rack and storage.

The appartement is on the 5th floor, it's very cozy, clean, well decorated, a lot of windows and light. There are 2 other girls rommates in their late 20's, they are really lovely, respectful and chill.

Also there is an access to the rooftop with a beautiful skyline view :)

The rent is 950$ + utilities per month.
