True 2 Bed 2 Bath With Private Rooftop

The room:
Both rooms are available. The guest bedroom I currently reside in or the master bedroom my roommate currently resides in. Rent will be divided based on the room chosen.

The guest bedroom: currently fits a queen bed with desk and dresser. It has a smaller sized closet with a built in. The bathroom is located right outside the bedroom.

The master bedroom: currently fits a full (can probably fit a queen) and desk. It has a full closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks.

The apartment: true 2 bed, 2 bath. Has a kitchen that seats 2 comfortably, dishwasher, and modern appliances. The living room has several storage closets, the in unit washer/dryer, and currently has an elliptical, futon, bookshelf, and tv console. Located in the apartment is a separate staircase leading to the PRIVATE ROOFTOP space which is the same size as the entire apartment. Perfect for hosting friends, projecting movies, and a seasonal rooftop garden.

Me: I am a young professional and work as a children’s toy designer, I am out of the apartment a lot during the day, working hybrid 2/3 in office per week. I have an active social life, but always give heads up if and when I have friends come over. I hope to be friends with my roommate, but am also respectful of personal space. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and neat and expect the same from my roommate.
