Lease Takeover in Astoria

Hi, there! I'm moving out of my bedroom in my lovely Astoria apartment on the second floor. It's three blocks away from the Steinway stop on the M/R subway line and a super quiet, convenient location.

I have two female roommates who are wonderful and communicative, we share chores and split utilities. They would love to meet you over video chat or in-person. I also live right off the kitchen. We have a lot of common space and one shared bathroom. There's a laundromat on the first floor (downstairs).

I won't be taking large furniture with me, so the bed, dresser and bookshelf will stay. Also lots of pots &pans in the kitchen that we all share, so no need to brink cutlery, plates, etc. of your own. Send me a message if you're interested or have any questions. We'd love to meet you.
