The rooms are located on the second floor of a totally renovated two family house. There is a separate entrance to these rooms. Completely furnished with full size bed. There is individual electrical heating & cooling. This is a fantastic, quiet area of Queens! It's like living in the country, however, great for public transportation. There is a common kitchen, living room & bathroom. (all new).
For double ocupancy, there is an additional 50% charge on the room rates.
