Small bedroom and bathroom for rent

A very quiet place, in a peaceful neighborhood. One women live in the house along with a small dog (who is very friendly). No partying or loud music and no smoking in the house. Smoking permitted on the balcony, you have access to your own bathroom and sharing the kitchen. I preferably want a woman to live in the spare room and you MUST clean up after yourself, NO exceptions.
