Queens Apartment in middle village

Full apartment will be accessible. It is about an 8 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and also three large malls! Really convenient to travel into manhattan or anywhere from here. The apartment has a small balcony and is located on the top floor of a very small apt building. The bedroom is massive, it can fit a full size bed and still have space to dance around! Closet space is endless too! The kitchen has little counter space, but thats my only issue with the apartment. The LIRR passes by very close so it is loud and can be heard from the apt. Possible extra fees for more than 1 person
