A friend and I are looking to fill a room in our apartment. It?s a two family home, your room includes the access to the back yard/deck. Rent is about $850 a month, which includes water/heat. Electricity and wifi aren?t included in the $850. Moving in costs $1660 (security deposit + rent). It?s in a great area of Queens (Middle Village), is very spacious, and parking isn?t too hard to find on the street.
