One bedroom and private bathroom, middle village

Looking for a roommate, Condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Renting out the second bedroom in middle village that includes their own private bathroom and large closet , close to train station about three blocks away from M train which is a seven minute walk . Shared kitchen and living room and balcony. Room includes air conditioner. All Utilities are except internet, which is not included and will be $25 split. Condo has laundry room downstairs operating 24 hours, close to small shopping center, two blocks away containing a BJ wholesale club. There is plenty of street parking in front of building and around the neighborhood. I like the room mate to be respectful, alternate cleaning common areas such as living room and kitchen occasionally. Noise level down after midnight. No overnight guest, Friends and family are welcomed. Drug free zone. Applicants will be required to do background check
