"Room only" shared bathroom ????

Good day all potential room renters .. I have a second bedroom available . Shared bathroom with myself . Mth to mth . Beautiful neighborhood with all the stores , buses , trails right outside . Security cameras in development and in brand new elevator , laundry downstairs in basement you put money in card , and parking on street no meters . If you're busy working and want a highly sanitary and comfortable clean and great situation then this is for you . Room has a full size bed, mic , Keurig , glass table , little book shelf . little table with chairs , built in closet , natural light . One window open and one with a. c. .. You can bring your own mattress if need be .of course sanitized . Bring your t. v. I have wifi , if you want a fire stick you can have for a fee that and it's yours ???? Very easy and just searching for a responsible , trustworthy , clean , down to earth to themselves mature safe adult no guests /pets . Get in touch ASAP . Covid awareness a must . I'm very to myself and use my living room and my kitchen . I laugh a lot and want to feel comfortable with my space . Your privacy matters as well . Have an awesome day .
