I've had unresponsible roommates in the past, no excessive noise after 11. Free parking space in lot connected to building, can be seen from the window. Laundromat across the street, bus stop in front of building and other buses a 5 min walk, with connections to the E and F trains. Also not far from the Queens Village LIRR station. Wifi/internet included, split ConEd bill each month. Apt is fully furnished, just not the bedroom, large flat screen TV in living room with a giant U couch. Month to month lease.
