Private Room for rent with private full bathroom

Hi this is a attic for rent with private full bathroom. It is newly furnished. We are looking for a male or a female to rent the room. A couple is also okay but for a single person, the rent is $850 per month. And for couples, it is extra $250 per month. All utilities are included.

It is just my mom, dad, me ( 24 year old female), and 2 little sisters living in this house. The house is mostly quiet because my parents are mostly at work. We are very friendly! We are also looking for a good and friendly tenant. You have to show proof of stable income and copy of your credit score within the last 30 days. We also require a background check. We don’t allow any parties or smoking in the house.
