Looking for roommate to rent one bedroom

One bedroom with shared kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living room available for rent in a great neighborhood with shops, cleaners, laundromats, restaurants, a sports bar, supermarkets, malls in walking distance. Transportation is also in walking distance: Express buses to NYC; the R train everyday and the M train weekdays. There are also many local bus lines. I would be a friendly but not imposing roommate and looking for the same.
