~10 min. walk to Woodhaven Blvd Train station (M/R Trains)
~Plenty of buses just a block away including Express buses into Manhattan

Roomates
Your roommates are one female and a male (there's also a couple living in separate part of the building with their own entrance and facilities). We're all working professionals in our 20's and 30's and get along pretty well. We are an organized, respectful, and extremely easy-going and friendly bunch. We tend to keep to ourselves but don't mind hanging out and catching up over a glass of wine. There's also a small dog (shiba inu) living with the couple that you would almost never see (separate entrance). We have a pretty good situation going, and would definitely love to keep it that way.

What we're looking for
~Another roommate that's easy going, respectful, and clean. We like to keep the place tidy and pest free so somebody that cleans up after him/herself is a must.
~A working professional (with regular working hours preferably).
~Somebody that prefers not to cook huge meals every night (small meals are fine).
~Non-smoker.
~ somebody dog friendly.

Requirements to move-in
~W2 and 2 most recent paystubs
~1st month rent, and security deposit (one month).
~Background Check ~$30 fee
