Room:
Bright and quiet room in a private house. The room is big and has two windows and big closet. The house is very cozy located in peaceful, friendly neighbourhood.
We have pretty big eat-in kitchen with pantry.

The room will be available on June 1. The rent is 750$ plus utilities and deposit(non-negotiable).

Neighbourhood:
We live in very safe and family oriented neighbourhood.
Supermarket and laundry is right across street.

10min walk or short bus ride to R/M/E/F trains, Rego Center Mall, Queens Mall, Target and Best Buy.
25 mins from midtown Manhattan.
10mins ride to M line to Brooklyn and Atlas Mall.
Buses: Q38, Q52, Q53, Q21, Q11, BM5, QM15.

Roommates:
We are two female roommates. We are in our late 20s studying medicine. We are clean, organized, and easy going. We are usually busy during day and prefer quiet and peaceful environment.

We are looking for female roommate that is easy going, clean and respects privacy. We prefer someone who is respectful and would keep the place tidy and cleans up after herself. Someone who is financially stable (students are okay)
