I live in a great two-bedroom apartment and am looking for a roommate. Your room would be sunny and spacious (roughly 17ft x 12ft) with one very big window and hardwood floors. It?s available starting Dec 1. We?d be sharing a small living room, a bathroom and eat-in kitchen. I?m female, quiet, clean and easygoing.
The apartment is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood with an 8 to 10 minute walk to public transportation (R/M trains at 63 Drive/Rego Park Stop) and local busses. There?s a large variety of good grocery stores (Key Food, local supermarkets ? Chinese, Korean, Russian, some 24 hours, etc.) and a great variety of restaurants - Indian, Mexican, Russian, Chinese, Kosher, sea food and more. Only 30-minute subway ride to Manhattan! If you drive, on-street parking is easy to find.

The price is $925 per month, plus an estimated $100 in utilities. (Heat is not included in the rent.) One month deposit will be requested.
