This is a very spacious room with a private bathroom. Room comes with 2 closets and plenty of natural light. Plenty of outlets for easy access. Easily fit queen sized bed plus other furniture. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room. Kitchen is fairly small but plenty of cupboard space and newly furnished. The building has laundry and there are several dry cleaners within mins of our apartment. Heating in the building is amazing so winters are nice and cozy. The area is very quiet and peaceful since its the residential side of Rego Park. Theres a beautiful garden in front and easy access to the subway at both 67th Ave station and 63rd Dr Rego Park Station.

You would be sharing the apartment with me a young working professionals in my mid 20s and I'm looking for someone similar. When COVID isnt around I like to go out and be social but I can just as easily turn into couch potatoe.

This is honestly a great apartment and a great part of Queens to live in because its 20 mins from the city and 5 mins to Forest Hills.
