Good location: 5 minutes walk to M or R train, Dunkin’ Donuts, CVS, 10 minutes walk to IKEA and Costco, 30 minutes to Manhattan by subway; it is also near flushing.

If you like excise, it is 15 minutes walk to Orangetheory, less than a 5-minute walk to New York Sports Clubs, and 18 minutes bus to the Flushing Meadows Corna Park. If you are finding a place to study, there are two libraries and Starbucks nearby.

It is a great deal considering the price and the neighborhood. It is a very safe and convenient area! The utilities of gas, electricity, water and heat is included. We just need to split the fee for Internet. Your room have two windows with great access to sunlight. You will have AC and heating in your room.

I am the incoming roommate. My start day is August 15. I am an easy-going, respectful, and honest person. I want to get along with my roommate, but I also understand the importance of privacy and would respect my roommate’s personal space.

I am looking for a female roommate who is easygoing, communicative, and clean. I wish the future roommate would like to share the housework responsibilities.

I could also be pretty hospitable. I sometimes like to cook and love to share food with my roommate if she wants to try it.
