I have a huge room available for rent… fully furnished with a queen size bed!. I am open to weekly or monthly renters. My apartment is Bright & Fully Furnished. The bedroom for rent has a queen size bed, side table, vanity, and closets. Rental includes all Utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry on site, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room, building security guard, super and maintenance workers. Building also has outdoor space! Apartment is large at about 850 ft.² I am located close to Queens Mall, Rego Center, Costco, IKEA, and lots of other shopping. It is roughly a 15 minute walk to the subway, and access to the M, R, E, & F trains.
