Seeking 1 female roommates

Seeking 1 female roommates for Richmond Hill, Queens home. House is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I am looking for roommates to occupy the 1 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and share a bathroom. There also is an additional smaller room which can be used as an office, studio or other recreational space but is not large enough to use as a bedroom.

House is located 2 blocks from the J train, also the Q56 bus is very close by. There are several laundry mats with 3 blocks and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk.

I’m a female in my 40’s, as you can see in the pictures this house is very clean, I have lived here for 5 years and my current roommate is moving out. Looking for nice, friendly roommates who are seeking a calm living environment where we can be kind and have mutual respect and consideration for one another.

Move In Date: Can be June 1st depending on your need.

Must be able to provide W-2 or other working documents showing current employment
Given the COVID environment, requesting a negative result 72 hours before move in

Rent: $800 utilities included (electric, water, gas, wifi)
Last and security: $1,600per person at move-in
