Awesome international flat, room-mates in 20s

We're a couple, two twenty-something boys from Australia and the Netherlands. We share a two-bedroom flat in Bushwick but our flatmate Clay is sadly leaving NYC, so we're looking for someone to take his spot.

You have your own room and massive closet off the hallway, we share a living-room, kitchen and bathroom. The place is large and airy, 60 seconds walk from the L and M lines, with a 20 minute ride to Union Square.

Cheap supermarket is nearby, as well as heaps of takeout places, a couple of laundromats, plus a decent coffee spot and a juice bar. 10 minutes up the road is a super-hip hipster area.

We're vegetarian, but you don't have to be. Clay will sell you any of his furniture for an absolute bargain if you need it.
