Gorgeous Room in Ridgewood / Bushwick at Dekalb L

Looking for one awesome roommate to share our new 3 bed apartment in Ridgewood, super close to Bushwick at the Dekalb L. The area has tons of good restaurants and bars nearby, and is located on a quiet peaceful street with a cute bakery downstairs (yummm.)

The place:
The apartment is located four blocks from the Dekalb L stop. The unit is brand new with high ceilings, huge picture windows, and tons of natural light. The living space is very open and the smaller third bedroom will be used as communal den/office. Your room is a large queen-sized bedroom with a very nice big closet.

I'm in the process of furnishing the common areas with some nice modern furniture, so you won't need to worry about that. If you have furniture you'd like to bring we can discuss that. Your portion of the rent would be $1100. It's first month's rent + security deposit to move in, which is $2200 total. Utilities (electric, gas, FIOS internet) will be split evenly.

Us:
I'm a young 20s software engineer. My boyfriend, also young 20s, is an admin for a restaurant at a major Manhattan hotel. Boris is my adorable (and quiet, well behaved) Yorkshire Terrier. We're pretty laid back and domestic for our age. We work 10-6ish on weekdays. We cook sometimes, drink wine often, and keep a very clean home.

You:
We're looking for someone who's fun, easygoing, and gay-friendly. Someone who is also a young professional would be great. A love of dogs is a plus, being generally tidy in the common areas is a must. We would love to share dinners and wine.
