July sublet Bushwick/Ridgewood

Seeking a subletter for the month of July. I am open to a more condensed period, if the full month is not need. In that case, the room will be prorated at $225/wk.

Both roommates work regular hours, are clean, and respectful of the space. Apartment is fully furnished and lived in. Easy access to the M and L trains. Vibrant neighborhood, with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
