One Bedroom in Ridgewood

About the apartment: it is located two blocks from the M train and six blocks from the L train. It is a 20 minute commute to Union Square. There are three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, and small living area with TV that includes cable. We have wifi, heat, AC, and lots of open space. We have a cat who is very friendly and loves to cuddle. The neighborhood is very residential and family oriented. Quiet at night and not a lot of traffic. There is street parking available. The apartment comes with laundry in the building and roof access.

About the roommates: we are friendly, chill, and both very busy so we are not home too often. I am a graduate student at Hunter and work three part time jobs. My roommate works full time Monday-Friday and goes out on weekends or chills at home. We are very respectful and like to keep a calm, relaxing environment at home. We are looking for someone that also enjoys a relaxing place where they can come home and unwind after a long day.
