Room available in sunny Ridgewood apartment!

You would be living with two cool ladies and two black cats. There?s lots of windows for great sunlight.! We?re very neat and clean people who really enjoy cooking, watching TV and relaxing in the living room. Cleanliness is must!!! (seriously I?ve got some horror stories). We?re not party people but enjoy having a few friends over for drinks on occasion. Respect for the shared areas is super important, we want our apartment to feel like home and a chill relaxed environment :-)

The room is a nice size with a large closet and storage space above it. High ceilings, can totally fit a queen size bed, a dresser, side table. It?s $825/ month and utilities are typically around $75/month, heat and hot water included!

The area is SUPER convenient, the Seneca M is a 5 minute walk, the Halsey L is a 5 minute walk as well. There?s a deli and laundromat on the same block, and a grocery store around the corner.

I?m a daycare/preschool teacher in Brooklyn, I?m also an artist and a part-time artist assistant. I spend most of my time drawing and watching TV. My other roommate is a photographer who just graduated with her MFA.
