Looking for our last roomate

Hi all,

We are looking for someone or a couple to fill out our last room available. It is in the basement which Is really big and can probably fit a king and still have enough room for a couch/furnitures. It also has half bathroom. It will be a year lease that we will all sign. There is laundry in building and it?s a nice quiet neighborhood. The room(basement) is $1250 a month NOT including utilities which should be about $150 or so.

The perfect roomate should be someone who is REALLY CLEAN, ESPECIALLY in SHARED SPACES, who is responsible, reliable and preferably doesn?t bring the party home. We want to make this a good and comfortable place for all of us to enjoy living in it.
We also want to be able to get along but also respect each others space.

You must have good credit, guarantors are accepted and pay a non refundable application fee of 125$.
