Hello,
Artist looking for a fun, responsible, creative roommate to fill one room in my four bed, two bath in Ridgewood. I love this place and would love to find some good folks who do too.
-footsteps from Seneca M train
-laundry in unit!
-Dishwasher!
-Built in A/C and heat
-Rooms are 148?x114? with closets and large windows
-High ceilings, some higher than others
-Large common/living area
-Pet friendly on a case by case basis
-no couples (lease only allows one person per room)

Pics are not the best because everyone is still here until the end of the month. Space must be filled by October 1st!

-Me: Artist who works full time at an art school. Loves to cook and is serious about maintaining a healthy and happy living environment. Let?s collaborate! I will leave you alone except for common areas where I will probably try to joke with you and get to know you at least somewhat.

You: Considerate, not loud as hell, easygoing, fun to be around and not a hot mess. Bonus points if you cook because I love to throw down and have dinner parties.
