All rooms have master baths the appartment has central A\C all new appliances. Was just remodeled last year has an amazing roof top with a view and get to hang on. Washer and dryer in building virtual girlfriend. Right near two huge grocery stores tons of shopping and bars all near the block. Extremely nice neighborhood and an attentive landlord. Stella does roam she stays normally in my room
However I do leave the door open when I?m gone she never has accidents and doesn?t destroy items. All bills are already in my name so no extra cost to start up bills just pay me monthly split 3 ways we have till the 5th to pay rent.
