Wonderful Brick Exposed Room

I am searching for a person to replace me until July 2020, but you can stay longer if you wish. The apartment is a duplex and the top floor is shared with one other person. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The room also includes a closet and a AC unit.

My current roommates are in their twenties. The male is an artist and the female works as a server/ barista. They are looking for a responsible, easy going person who doesn't bring the party to the house. While they enjoy socializing, they work full time and enjoy unwinding at home. Both are very humorous and kind individuals.

The building has on-site, gym, laundry and a roof patio! The M line and L line are a 5 minute and 10 minute walk respectively. Our neighborhood has many adorable cafe shops and restaurants.
