Charming room on a tree-lined street in Ridgewood

We are looking for a 3rd female roommate to move in preferably on November 1. The move-in date can be negotiable.
We have a beautiful bright 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a 2-story house located in Ridgewood. 7 min walk to M train (Forest ave) and 15 mins walk to L train (Myrtle-Wykoff). The area is super nice, safe and quiet, a lot of Polish delis around, supermarkets and pharmacies. You can also walk towards Bushwick and find plenty of bars and restaurants there. Laundry is right across the street.
The room isn?t big, but it has a window (the AC unit will be removed, it belongs to our landlady and she lets us use it every summer, so no need to buy a new one!) and fits a full or queen size bed (depending on how much space you want to have in your room) and a dresser. The room has a built-in spacious closet. Also the bed in the picture (box and a mattress) is for sale. We have a dishwasher and a microwave. As far as the utilities go we pay for the internet, gas and electricity, which usually comes up to approx $45 per person per month depending on the season.
We treat this house as a place to recharge from daily stress. So we are looking for someone with full-time job, chill and responsible, clean and drama-free. Long term, please. Pets negotiable.
We are 2 young females with full time jobs, working in a law firm and restaurant industry. We clean the apartment and buy supplies in turns. We are both very quiet and respectful and don?t bring the party home.
First month and security deposit needed.
