The Space
The space has natural lighting with a window and beautiful wooden floors. High ceilings and also a closet. Fits a Full/Queen size bed, nightstand and floor lamp. If need be of more closet space you could do a dresser or wardrobe. The apartment in itself has all that you need from a great spacious living room and kitchen with new appliances i. e.: stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and espresso machine! Everything you need to cook a meal is in stock.

The building is newly renovated. You will be provided a key fob to enter the building as well as all common living amenities and a key to enter the apartment and access to the mailbox. Amenities include a laundromat in the basement, complimentary bike storage, recreational room with pool table, ping-pong table and lounge area. This building also has an accessible rooftop with the best view of Brooklyn. As weather starts to warm- up you can also enjoy of a beautiful courtyard!

You will be sharing this amazing living space with two extraordinary guys! Both young professionals that work during the day and who are very much into the arts, fashion, music and film. They are loving and respectful as you should be too! Tidiness and cleanliness is paramount. Each roommate has a designated week to clean all common living areas in the apartment. Please be aware that there is NO TOLERANCE for late night-noise during the week. The apartment is primarily a clean, quiet space and we would like to keep it as so.

There is also a virtual doorman if need of any packages delivered as well as for safety measures!

The Neighborhood:
A up and coming neighborhood such as Ridgewood/Bushwick has so much to offer from great bars and restaurants to close proximity to all that you need. What first attracted me to this building and neighborhood is the quietness and the proximity to most importantly transportation, coffee shops, pharmacies, 24 hour Bodega Market, liquor stores!

You have the M and L train line a block away that will get you to lower manhattan in 30 minutes. You are also a 15 minute walk from prime Bushwick where you can find all the best bars, restaurants and underground art exhibitions! If need be of bus transportation you will find it just around the corner from the building.
