We have a large, sunny private bedroom available in a beautiful Ridgewood rowhouse. Located on a quiet, residential block and 10 min walk to the Jefferson L train. The room has 2 large windows, a fairly large closet plus built in shelving. Original fixtures and hardwood flooring. A shared bathroom is right next to the bedroom, as are 2 other bedrooms. It is currently furnished with a queen size bed. There are 2 cats in the house but they do not have to go in your room. Large area for shared common spaces include the living room, dining room, kitchen, plus another half bathroom. Kitchen includes fridge, toaster oven, and stove top. AC unit available in the summer. Washer and dryer in basement. There is a backyard where you can lounge and relax. It is a peaceful oasis from the busy city!

Ideally looking for someone on the quiet side. Must be friendly, respectful, and clean. We work varying schedules so absolutely no late night noise.
