Ridgewood room with window and private entrance

Looking for a clean, tidy and respectful roommate to take over this lovely office room in this 2nd Fl. 1100 sq. Ft apartment. The room is approx. 100 sq. ft and has it?s own door that goes right to the hallway that connects to the living room and kitchen. All utilities (internet, heat, water) are included. My roommate and I work day and night jobs and are often not home until around 8/9 in the evening, and leave around 8am, so it is very often a quiet space on a quiet tree lined street in Ridgewood. The landlord lives downstairs and she is available to help with any needs. All furniture can be moved so that the room comes unfurnished.
