Easy access to the laundry room and rooftop. Only a 5-minute walk to the L train Halsey St Station and an 8-minute walk to the M train Seneca and Forest Ave Stations. The neighborhood is full of bars (dive and cocktail), banks, delis, grocery stores, really great cafes, restaurants, etc.

BEDROOM: $750 Natural light that comes from a window facing the backyard - closet space.

Utilities (electric, gas,​ and wi-fi) are usually $120 per month.

The four roommates currently living here are students, young working professionals and entrepreneurs; very friendly, welcoming, and we often hang out together in the evenings. Looking for people that will help us maintain the loving and warm home we've created together :).

Also, we have 1 dog and a cat in the apartment. We’re looking for a roommate who loves animals too!
