Big, Bright Bedroom In 3Br Ridgewood Apt

Hey there! Looking for a roommate to fill out our three bedroom apartment in Ridgewood, right on the Queens/Brooklyn border. Rent is $797/month, plus utilities.

The room itself is a great space, plenty of room for a queen sized bed and furniture, with three windows and two closets. Unfurnished (except for a full sized bedframe that you can see in the pictures, which you can have if you'd like, or I can clear out).

The apartment's in a great neighborhood: friendly and safe, quiet with plenty to do within blocks, and an easy trip into Manhattan on the M or L train. Only half a block from a spacious laundromat, with grocery stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants (and a Blink gym, once those reopen) within blocks. We're only two blocks from the M train at Forest Ave, and less than a ten minute walk from the L at Myrtle-Wyckoff. (Plus, plenty of Citi bike stations within blocks if you'd rather avoid the public transit right now!)

We're on the top floor of a three story walk-up (nobody stomping around overhead!) with a furnished living space and kitchen, including a window AC in the living room. There's no official balcony, but the fire escape is a great space to sit, enjoy a coffee, and take in the view of the street or the Empire State Building in the distance.

Roommates are friendly, respectful, creative types (one likes to write and paint, the other acts and sings) who work with kids in our day jobs. We mostly do our own thing, but we're more than happy to chat or sit down for an occasional game night. As for you, we're looking for someone who's about the same-- friendly, respectful of the public spaces, and maybe down to grab a drink or watch a movie once in a while.
