Hiya! I have one room open in a 3 bed 2.5 bath Ridgewood, Queen. Open now to move in.

My roommate and I looking for a chill and responsible roommate to complete the apartment.

The room is sun filled during the day and a little on the narrow side, but the perfect fit for a full sized bed dresser and nightstand. There is a full sized mattress + frame if you?d like to use it.

There is an online application with the management company with a $40 fee with space for a guarantor.

I?m currently working from home weekdays 9-5ish and try to be respectful of shared spaces. You?ll also be sharing the space with Sammi and her beautiful old Siamese cat Jynx. Sammi is a dog walker, and graphic designer. We?re both very clean, super friendly, and mostly quiet.

The apartment is located off the Forrest M and within walking distance to Myrtle-Wyckoff L. There are plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, gyms, and a yoga studio near by.

The apartment has rooftop access, central AC, washer and dryer in the basement. Utilities usually run $80-100 per person and are not included in rent.
