Room available in fantastic location!

Hello!

My roommate and I are two young female professionals looking for a third female roommate to sign a one-year lease starting ASAP! Cost is $875/month plus utilities. We live on the edge of Ridgewood/Bushwick just a five-minute walk from the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop on the L and M lines. The apartment is 3 bed, 1 bath, with individual AC/heating units in each room. Our apartment building has laundry, gym, bike storage, game room, two courtyards, video doorman system, and an amazing live-in super, so it?s very safe. We are half a block from a Food Bazaar and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants within a fifteen-minute walk! Three of our friends live in the building and we always enjoy getting together with them, whether staying in with a good movie or going out to explore the city.

My roommate and I are tidy, very chill people. While we both enjoy our own space, we do love watching movies/TV, eating good food, and talking for hours on weekend mornings. My roommate has a 1-year-old mini schnauzer puppy (hypoallergenic!), so animal lovers are wanted!
