It's 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with a spacious living room and kitchen, on the third floor. In Ridgewood, Queens, bordering the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Bushwick and East Williamsburg.
Currently it's me (flight attendant) and one other woman (actor/server), both in our mid-20s. We're looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and a good communicator. We take covid precautions seriously.
No smoking/drugs and no cats/dogs!
The room is $835 +utilities (average $50) and 12x8 feet. There's also a smaller room available for $800, pending.
