Furnished room in a three-bedroom

We are both quiet roommates looking to fill the third room in our cozy apartment. We mostly keep to ourselves but occasionally enjoy watching movies together or sharing meals. Both of us take Covid seriously and are looking for someone else who takes the necessary precautions. The sublease would go from February through August with the possibility to sign onto the lease after that.
