I am 34, LGBT male, easy going and drama free, originally from North Carolina and have been living in NYC for 8 years. I am a homebody but I also like to be social and with friends when not working. I have one small dog (A yorkie who is hypoallergenic and well trained who stays in my vicinity).
*About the available master bedroom:*
Room is very large on the lower level of my duplex apartment, has a private bathroom, private entrance, and split AC/heating unit in the room.
Only a 3 minute walk to the Halsey L train. 20 minutes to Manhattan. Available for March 1.
*About transportation*
Halsey L Train about a 3 minute walk -- Get to Manhattan in only 20 minutes!
There are is a Citi Bike station one block over!
*Requirements to move in*
First month rent plus security deposit needed when moving in.
-4/20 friendly
-We split the Electric, gas and Wifi bills. Heat and hot water are included in the rent.
-No couples, and I prefer a male roommate around my age.
