Share massive duplex apartment 2,000sq ft

Share duplex apartment with private basement gym, backyard and in unit washer dryer. The apartment is 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. There are two roommates currently, looking to fill 3rd room with a great compatible roommate. Each roommate has their own private full bathroom, no sharing! Rent is $1,167/mo and security deposit I’m lowering to $200 (refunded so long as no damages) at end of stay. Month to month lease at the moment with the landlord so roommate agreement is also month to month. Utilities is Verizon Fios/wifi, conEd, national grid (gas) and the water bill the landlord is currently covering not sure if that will change. I’m including the utilities with the rent. No pets and no couples or two ppl sharing rent in one room. Maximum number of roommates in the entire duplex apartment is three people.

About the roommates: one male roommate 28 years old from Rhode Island who works a lot & is out of the home a lot, studies on off time and very fitness minded on the home gym. One female roommate, vegan, 35 years old from Chandler, Arizona works in the healthcare field also out of the home often and also fitness conscious. Searching for a like minded or professional roommate who is working full time (not from home).

The room is 11 feet long and 7 or 8 feet wide depending on where it is measured. I have a spare memory foam mattress & small side table which can be supplied if needed but all other furniture will need to be provided by the new roommate.

Great neighborhood very close to the M train off Fresh Pond station 2-3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, banks, grocery stores and supply stores nearby.
