Huge, private room minutes to Forest Ave. M train

Huge, very private (our rooms are almost a half my block's size apart, no exaggeration) super close to the Forest Ave M train in Ridgewood available June 1 on a month-to-month basis, with shared bathroom and kitchen. The room includes a big closet as well.
Quiet block with many cafes and restaurants around each corner, a thrift store and convenient access to laundromats.

Utilities are included with the rent (wifi, electric, gas, internet). Rent is paid in cash but you will be given a receipt.

Please note that this is a shoeless apartment. Shoes can be placed outside the apartment door or you may carry them to your room.

I'm a female non-smoker, seeking the same, and I'm a visual artist. I am looking for someone who is easygoing but cleans up after themselves (this is an absolute must), as well as thoughtful/mindful of others and not entitled - also an absolute must. I'm an ambivert, so I'm friendly but can also keep to myself quite a lot. I've had roommates who have become some of my best friends, and I've had roommate situations where we almost never talk.. Either is ok! And one more thing - I've lived in Ridgewood 10 years and love it!
