Room in Ridgewood with Private Bath

Hello everyone, I’m looking for a roommate to take over my spot in a lease at our place in Ridgewood, Queens. The neighborhood is pretty busy, but the street itself is relatively quiet, and the nearest trains are on the M and L lines. The unit itself is a 3 bedroom 3 bath(restrooms are connected to their individual rooms), with expected bills of around $150 a month. I have the accounts for our ConEd and Spectrum service so I’ll be giving you the credentials for that once moved in. Being vaccinated is a huge plus.

Renting requirements are a 680 credit score, being able to make 40 times the rent per year, and being able to get a confirmation of employment and reference from the previous landlord. (Generic letters are fine, it’s really not that strict of a requirement).

We have a cat and a dog that live here, and both roommates you’ll be with are pretty open to different walks of life and identity.
