Two rooms with private baths available in Ridgewood apartment for August 15- September 1 move in. I don’t have any current pictures of the second bedroom because it is currently still occupied but I do have a video of it empty I can send you if you’re interested! Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, a closet, and big windows to let in light. Updated stainless steel appliances (Dishwasher, electric stove). You will live with a super chill/laidback roommate who has two friendly cats.

The 4th floor (2 apartments) shares a terrace that is furnished and also a rooftop that is furnished as well and has a great view of the skyline. Virtual doorman, ac + heating in each room. Laundry in basement.

Location is great- Both the Seneca M stop and the Halsey L are close by. It’s a friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby.

Must have stable job, make 40xs the rent and have decent credit.
