Apartment is located just ONE block from trains, buses, shopping, restaurants and more. Only 10 minutes to Manhattan.

Rooftop access with views of the Empire State Building and New York City skyline.

Very nice place to call home. Have had nice times and made connections from all over the world here for nearly a decade, of all different backgrounds ages and genders.

Shared with two clean friendly males. One very mellow from California who works a 9-5, the other a native New Yorker in the film and television industry. Social, yet respectful of privacy and space. Can appreciate space to ourselves, but also welcoming of game nights or a movie night or good tv show binge on the home theater screen if desired.

Seeking someone clean, friendly and responsible. Someone who works a regular schedule and/or studies mostly outside of the home is ideal. LGTBQ friendly. No couples please.
