The apartment is located 2 blocks from the Forest Ave M train, on the same block as the B13 bus line, 10 blocks from the Myrtle L train. It’s a furnished railroad apartment with a spacious and light-filled kitchen, living room, sewing room, 1 full bathroom and two bedrooms.
The available room is $850/month including utilities (cable, internet, electricity and gas).
The room is a walk through room between the sewing room and Ana's room. It has a window, wardrobe and dresser. The new roommate would need to bring their own bed and mattress.
