More Information and Current Roommate:
I'm currently a student and moving out due to school returning on campus. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for 10 months ($1400/mo) with an option to renew. You'll live with my current roommate who is also on the lease. My roommate is a female, age 37, with a very cute and well-behaved kid. The apartment is pretty quiet and private. On weekends, my roommate is usually out or away out-of-town. On weekdays, I'm usually home alone during regular work/business hours. My roommate is a social worker and is friendly, open-minded, and respectful. The apartment is very spacious for pets. I have a dog (who will be moving with me) and my roommate has a cat.

*Pictures include my room, shared living space without furniture, and our private backyard. Living room is now furnished with a couch and small dining area. The room will be unfurnished when you move in, and the pictures of my room shows the space and furniture that it can fit. In the room photos, it shows my room with a full size bed, large desk, office chair, tall dresser, tall shoe rack, clothing rack, and plastic drawers behind my desk and at the foot of my bed. The room can fit a king size if you don't have a large desk next to the bed.
